Oh my goodness, did you have the best meal last week?! Did you have too many helpings? Thanksgiving is not only is a display of some great food but there is certainly an emotional tugging of our culinary favorites. It’s hard not to go back for seconds. Okay, thirds. <wink> While enjoying the leftovers most of us are putting up the tree and hanging decorations. I was fortunate to run across a friend who made this wreath for us!! Nothing like a little buffalo plaid and cotton. Isn’t it gorgeous?!
If you’re like most people, your calendar is filling up with year end work priorities, decorating for Christmas, addressing the Christmas cards, attending parties and starting to shop for Christmas gifts. This time can get really crazy and our priority for each other starts to wane. How do the most important people in your life feel during this busy time?
This post is not meant to make you feel guilty this month; instead, it is a gentle reminder to remember in the busyness of this season to make sure your loved ones feel like they are getting “first dibs.”
